Jordan is the founder and driving force behind P2P Hockey Management, a goalie-specific development and advancement agency dedicated to helping goaltenders reach their full potential. With a lifelong passion for hockey and goaltending and an unwavering commitment to high performance, Jordan brings a wealth of experience both on and off the ice. He calls Saskatoon, Saskatchewan home.


He holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Waldorf University, where he combined his academic pursuits with competitive play at the college hockey level. His playing career also includes experience at the Junior level, giving him first-hand insight into the journey aspiring goaltenders face.


Over the past eight years, Jordan has developed a reputation as a knowledgeable and high-level goaltending coach, currently working many elite level goalies across western Canada. His current full-time coaching and management roles include Goaltending Coach at Notre Dame Hockey Academy (CSSHL), Head Coach/Assistant GM for the Martensville Chiefs (PJHL), and Regional Scout for the Grand Forks Border Bruins (KIJHL).


In addition to his coaching and management duties, Jordan plays a vital role in the junior hockey landscape both in scouting and team operations. His commitment to ongoing development is exemplified by his participation in the 2025 Hockey Canada NCCP Goaltending Coach Seminar, where he had the opportunity to learn from Canada’s top goaltending minds and pursue the highest level of certification.


Jordan’s mission at P2P is clear: to provide personalized advising, elite goaltender development, and strategic career guidance rooted in real-world experience with deep industry connections. His comprehensive approach ensures that every client receives the tools, support, and exposure necessary to succeed at the next level.

Billy developed a passion for the goaltending position at a young age, training under top goalie coaches in Western Canada. He went on to enjoy a strong junior career before playing collegiate hockey at Briercrest College, where he also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. His transition from player to mentor has been seamless, as he has since dedicated himself to coaching, development, and scouting goaltenders.


Beyond his work with P2P, Billy has worked with and mentored a wide range of elite-level goalies. He currently serves as an Assistant Coach with the Winkler Flyers (MJHL), where he continues to build his understanding of the junior hockey landscape and the performance standards required to advance to higher levels.


In 2024, Billy attended the Hockey Canada NCCP Goaltending Coach Seminar, where he began working toward full certification among Canada’s top coaching minds. His understanding of the goalie development path, combined with his extensive network across Junior and College hockey, allows him to provide tailored guidance to each athlete he mentors.


Billy’s approach is centered around building strong relationships with his athletes while providing honest guidance, detailed development insight, and clear pathways for advancement. His knowledge, experience, and network allow him to help each client navigate their journey and reach their full potential.

Michael is the Owner and Head Goalie Instructor at One Stop Goaltending based in Kamloops, British Columbia. A lifelong student of the position, he committed to the role of goaltender at age six and went on to play at elite levels across BC, including stints with the Comox Valley Glacier Kings (VIJHL), Nanaimo Clippers (BCHL), and Lindenw

In 2019, Michael launched One Stop Goaltending in Kamloops, BC. A goaltending development program dedicated to helping young goalies reach their full potential. His coaching philosophy emphasizes customized training, no two goalies are alike. He champions a smart, supportive learning environment that balances fun with high-level discipline. Michael’s approach is rooted in the belief that mental toughness and emotional preparation are just as vital as physical skill to elite performance.


In addition to leading One Stop Goaltending and P2P, Michael also serves as Goaltending Coach Kamloops Storm & Chase Heat (KIJHL) and Goaltender Coach for Kamloops Minor Hockey.


In his role with P2P, he leads all aspects of goaltender evaluation, training, and long-term development planning for clients. This includes video analysis, on-ice training plans, and career mentorship. With a playing background at high levels and certification as a NCCP Hockey Canada Goaltending Coach, Michael is well-equipped to guide goalies at every stage of their careers, offering technical support, performance analysis, and mentorship to help them advance.

A former junior and collegiate goaltender, he developed a deep understanding of the game and the demands placed on athletes pursuing opportunities at the next level. Gage now calls Medicine Hat, Alberta home.

Gage brings a strong background in both hockey and leadership to his role as an Agent/Advisor with P2P Hockey Management. He attended Indiana Institute of Technology, where he played collegiate hockey while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Balancing academics and high-level athletics gave him valuable insight into the discipline, preparation, and decision-making required for players navigating their hockey careers.


After recently finishing his playing career, Gage has transitioned full-time into goaltender development and advising. His coaching experience at the U13, U15, and U18 levels has provided him with a strong understanding of the developmental path athletes must follow to reach higher levels of the game.


At P2P, Gage is passionate about supporting goaltenders and their families by sharing the knowledge and experience he gained throughout his playing and coaching career. His focus is on providing honest guidance, creating advancement opportunities, and helping athletes take the right steps toward reaching the next level of hockey.

Peyton brings a strong background in hockey, sports performance, and athlete development to his role as Director of Sports Performance with P2P Hockey Management. Originally from Wisconsin, Peyton has played hockey since a young age, advancing to junior hockey and continuing his playing career at the collegiate level. His experience as bo

Peyton brings a strong background in hockey, sports performance, and athlete development to his role as Director of Sports Performance with P2P Hockey Management. Originally from Wisconsin, Peyton has played hockey since a young age, advancing to junior hockey and continuing his playing career at the collegiate level. His experience as both an athlete and coach has given him a strong understanding of the physical and mental demands required to perform at higher levels of the game.


Peyton earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Medicine from Minnesota State University, Mankato and is currently completing his Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. His educational background, combined with his firsthand hockey experience, allows him to take a detailed and athlete-focused approach to training, recovery, and long-term development.


In addition to his role with P2P, Peyton is actively involved in coaching 15U hockey in Mankato, Minnesota, where he works closely with developing athletes both on and off the ice.


At P2P, Peyton is responsible for creating individualized training programs, tracking athlete progress, and providing guidance in off-ice development, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. He is passionate about helping athletes maximize their performance through proper training habits, movement quality, strength development, and recovery strategies that support long-term success in hockey.

MITCH BERG // SPORTS PSYCHOLOGIST // OPTIMA ATHLETIC

Mitch has studied and worked in the mental health field with athletes for the past 9 years, and has completed his Master’s Degree in Sports Psychology. The goal of his program and working with athletes is to support their overall well-being, as well as build mental resilience to reach their potential to be the best athlete possible. Mitch had an extensive hockey career playing in the WHL and Junior A, which helps him relate to his clients. We are very excited for our athletes to have access to a resource that will focus on an important part of an athletes performance. You need to have a strong mental game as a goaltender, and Mitch is here to help you develop that aspect.
